WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP

Welcome to the Women’s Leadership Program, an initiative designed to empower culturally and linguistically diverse women in South-West Sydney to become leaders in their communities.

Our program is aimed at building confidence, enhancing knowledge and skills, and promoting civic engagement among CALD women in the region.

We believe that by empowering women to become more visible and influential in their communities, we can create a more inclusive and diverse society where all voices are heard and represented.

STAGE ONE

Unlocking Your Potential – Building Confidence and Self-Empowerment

STAGE TWO

Amplifying Your Voice – Civic Workshops

STAGE THREE

Guidance and Growth – Cultivating Leadership Skills through Mentorship

STAGE FOUR

Celebrating Success – Graduation, Networking, and Government Engagement

Mentoring & Support

Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced mentors, connect with other women leaders in the region, and gain a firsthand experience of the workings of government at the highest level.

Our program is funded through Multicultural NSW, and is led by the Western Sydney Migrant Resource Centre’s Community Development and Communications team. We are proud to partner with the Aspire Leadership Institute and the Federation of Ethnic Communities’ Councils of Australia (FECCA) to deliver this transformative leadership training program.

If you’re interested in building your leadership skills and positively impacting your community, we encourage you to apply for our program.

The program is open to women from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds in South-West Sydney.
