At Western Sydney MRC, we are dedicated to supporting groups by providing access to our meeting rooms and other exceptional facilities. Our spacious meeting rooms can accommodate 25 up to 45 people and offer versatility for various purposes. By opening a foldable door, the two rooms can be combined into a larger space, accommodating larger gatherings.
We offer discounted rates for groups that meet certain criteria: local migrant communities with limited capacity or infrastructure, activities addressing priority issues at Western Sydney MRC, or those promoting cultural celebration.
Our meeting rooms are thoughtfully designed to be spacious and flexible, allowing for multiple uses. With a capacity of 25 - 45 people, they provide ample space for various activities. Additionally, the option to combine the rooms creates an even larger area for larger gatherings.
We provide a range of equipment for hire, including overhead projectors, video cameras, laptops, data projectors, and PA systems. These multimedia and electronic tools are available to enhance your presentations and meetings.
As part of your room hire, you will have access to basic office facilities such as phones, photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines. Please note that there may be cost recovery charges associated with these services.
Our facilities are available outside of regular business hours, allowing you the flexibility to schedule meetings at convenient times. Whether it's an early morning or late evening gathering, our spaces can accommodate your needs.
Located in the heart of Liverpool, our venue offers a convenient and easily accessible location. Situated near Westfield and public transport, we ensure that your guests can reach us with ease.
Membership with Western Sydney MRC entitles you to discounted rates. Please refer to the following pricing structures based on your category:

State/Federal and Local Government or private businesses for profit-oriented activities.
Member Rate – $65/hr
Non Member Rate – $75/hr
Self-employed individuals providing community services on a cost recovery basis or businesses engaging in cost recovery activities, along with community organizations receiving government funding.
Member Rate – $45/hr
Non Member Rate – $55/hr
Community bodies within the Liverpool Local Government Area that are members of Western Sydney MRC but not in receipt of any funding.
Member Rate – $7.50/hr
Non Member Rate – $15/hr
Activities organized by Western Sydney MRC, staff, volunteers, or groups with special consideration granted by Western Sydney MRC.
