Admin Officer
This is an opportunity to join a values-driven organisation where you can contribute to positive social impact in the local community. This will include, but not limited to working with the team to ensure the office is a safe working environment, assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, manage building facilities, i.e. respond to maintenance repairs and enquiries, liaise with
the property manager and contractors, manage room bookings for internal and external users and hirers, including maintaining, booking registers, meeting room facilities, room user access and allocation of security keys, assisting with other general admin tasks as required.

Receptionist
Join our team! We are looking for a receptionist with the skills to deliver excellence in customer and client service. As part of your role you will welcome clients and visitors to the Western Sydney MRC; establish a positive first point of contact relationships with external stakeholders who liaise or enquire with the front desk; work effectively with internal staff to inform, support, and promote organisational programs; maintain a database with relevant and up-to-date statistical records of front desk interactions and identify, analyse and suggest responses to current and future opportunities for programs/projects that would benefit our clients and the organisation.
SCHCADS LEVEL 2, 38 hours per week – contract until 30 June 2023
