One round of the program was held in June 2016 supporting four clients to develop the skills in job search, resume writing and interviews. Lead the Way has also recruited a pool of 16 volunteer employment mentors from a wide range of employment backgrounds to support the participants gain meaningful employment beyond the 4 week program – run 4 times a year.

Lead the Way also connects participants with mentors from the sector they are wishing to gain employment in as a means of additional support and networking.
